11/03/2025: Severe Weather Delays/Tropical Cyclone Alfred - March 2025:
Due to the flooding and severe weather from Cyclone in South East Queensland (where we are based), Postal and Logistics Services in South East Queensland will be suspended on Thursday the 6th of March, Friday the 7th of March and Monday the 10th of March. Order dispatch will be unavailable during this time. All postal and courier services are unavailable, and we have also closed our warehouse to ensure the safety of our staff, and in line with Government advice.
Please be aware that a large amount of consignments already dispatched last week (3rd-5th) week, may not be able to transit further than the respective SEQ depot. This will cause delays to all regions, through all carriers.
All orders placed after 1pm AEST on Wednesday the 5th of March, will not be dispatched until Tuesday the 11th of March at the earliest, weather and service availability permitting.
